Terms and Conditions

PC Centre Northwest cannot be held liable for any loss of data stored on any product sent for repair/test.

PC Centre Northwest will attempt to repair your item(s) within 7 working days however on certain repairs it may take longer.

PC Centre Northwest cannot be held liable for any additional problems or further faults that may occur whilst your item is under repair or as a result of the repair.

On certain repairs PC Centre Northwest may send your item to our 3rd party partner.

Once work has been completed, we reserve the right to retain the Item until final payment has been settled (within 30 days).

  • The testing fee of £34.99 for Laptops and £34.99 for PC Systems is solely for diagnostic and labour, repairs will come at an additional cost which will be discussed prior to repairing the product.
  • All software provided must be genuine and include the appropriate license code.
  • Testing/Labour fee is none refundable.

Any Laptops/Desktops/Tablets/Mobile Phones Etc not collected within 30 Days of booking in will be sold/disposed of or used for spare parts to recover any cost accrued to PCCNW LTD for holding.

All Repairs carry 30 days warranty (if same fault occurs) unless otherwise stated, (Physical Damages not included).
